It is amazing that our schools continue to replicate the "machine metaphor" in that in many routines, and performance expectations are all aligned. Although this may be true, the notion of "structure" as it applies to this "machine metaphor" is quite necessary in schools to have some level of cohesion.

In the event that I finish my dissertation in a timely manner, I will get back in shape to dance NY style Salsa. I have updated my video list to include CT Salsa fest to give you a glimpse into my world of dance

Today's class was very interesting. I never thought about the term "Chaos" as a way to foster growth in an organization.
